How does it work?

If you live in England , a professional RICS valuer will estimate the value of your property and we will make
an offer based on that. We will then look at all the different options available to you and work with you to achieve what you need

How long is the offer valid for?

The offer is valid as long as there is no material change in the property
How much do you pay for properties?

It entirely depends on the condition of the property and its market value. We are able to pay up to 90% of the
property value.

How rapidly can you buy my house ?

When you accept our offer we can complete in 14 days
What are the costs involved for me in selling my house?

There are no costs payable by you. We pay for all your legal fees and cover the cost of property
valuation.
